Open Tech Space

We are currently working to set up an open tech space at TechShop (http://portland.techshop.ws/). COAST will provide equipment and personnel for an electronics and computer lab. Even though people normally must pay a monthly fee to use TechShop, they can submit project ideas to COAST. We will let them use the electronics and computer labs for free, as long as they agree to share the results of their work (make their code open source, publish schematics, etc.).
